At Altesia, our consultants take full ownership of their careers, with our support and guidance.

If you are joining Altesia, you’ll have the flexibility to choose between three defined career paths, based on your own goals and ambitions. We’re here to help you grow and thrive in the way that suits you best.

  1. 1. The recruitment process

At Altesia, we believe in a personalized and human-centered recruitment process. Our goal is to make you feel welcome from the very first interaction. To ensure this, our recruitment team—Lara and Elodie—will be your points of contact throughout the process.

 

During the first interview, our HR colleagues, Lara and Elodie, will explain you everything about Altesia, about the role, and will take time to discuss your goals, ambitions, and how you can fit within Altesia’s culture.

 

During a second interview, our Business Development Manager Dimitri will discuss with you technical skills and evaluate whether you have the right profile, skills and experience for our clients.

In the next and final rounds, you will get a technical test and interview with two Partners.

If you want, you also get the chance to talk to one of our consultants to get their own views on what it is like to work at Altesia.

2. The onboarding process

When you join Altesia, we focus first on integration rather than jumping straight into a mission.

 

Your initial goal is to get acquainted with your colleagues and the Altesia way of working. We have a small surprise waiting for you on your first day to make your arrival memorable. Then, informal meetings are organized so you can get to know your new teammates better. During these first few days and weeks, you’ll also receive training on essential soft skills, as well as our in-house methodologies and tools.

3. Your first mission

Once you’re ready, it’s time to dive into your first mission. Don’t worry: you won’t be alone!

 

A Partner will be assigned to support you, providing guidance and ensuring regular touchpoints to keep everything on track. We place a strong emphasis on quality and consistency, and our Partner-in-Charge, along with our HR and Business Development colleagues will be there to help you tackle any challenges and deliver results according to our Quality Engagement approach.

4. Grow and learn at Altesia

Year one

By your first anniversary with Altesia, you’ll have the opportunity to join our Entrepreneurship Program. This unique initiative allows you to dedicate one paid day per week to develop your own business venture, all while maintaining your full salary package.

Additionally, you’ll receive a dedicated budget for specialized training to further your career development, both in terms of technical skills and leadership development.

 

Year two

In your second year with Altesia, you get access to equity, so you get a share of your contribution to the company!

You can also apply for a company-sponsored part-time academic program in a finance or procurement-related field, enhancing your expertise and broadening your career options.

 

Year three

After three years, you’ll be invited to become a mentor for new colleagues, sharing your experiences and offering guidance. This is your chance to give back and help the next wave of Altesia talent grow and succeed.

5. Chose your own path

Once you have honed top expertise in your field, you can apply for partnership.

 

But this is not a must have. Maybe you wish to pursue an in-house role, and we can help you with that. Finally, you can also start your own entrepreneurial journey, with our back!
