Our remote team is based in Rabat, Morocco. This allows us to operate in your time zone (1h difference in summer, none in winter) while offering an optimized cost compared to an on-site consultant in Belgium. All our remote consultants are trained on Altesia standards before being assigned to a project.

Each file is run as a duo from day one: a primary consultant and a backup consultant, both trained on your context. Service continuity is guaranteed even in case of unexpected absence — no need to redo onboarding.

The mission content, methodology and supervision are identical. The difference lies in the collaboration mode (100% remote) and the cost (optimized). For highly operational missions or those requiring regular physical presence, we always recommend on-site.
