Profile sought
- Master’s degree in human resources, business studies, psychology, or a related field
- 2 to 5 years of experience in payroll management or in specialized payroll / C&B consulting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Independent, organized, and able to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Rigorous, precise, curious, and motivated by the diversity of assignments
- Good knowledge of current HR legislation and practices.
- Proficiency in IT tools and HR software.
- Very good command of French and Dutch; English is an asset.
