At Altesia, you support SMEs, scale-ups and large companies in managing and structuring their finance function.
You work in varied and stimulating environments, with concrete responsibilities:
- supervise the preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual closings and ensure the reliability of management reporting,
- ensure compliance with financial standards and regulations (BE GAAP / IFRS) and coordinate internal and external audits,
- drive budgeting, forecasting and financial planning & analysis (FP&A) processes,
- analyse variances and develop KPI dashboards in order to formulate strategic recommendations,
- support management in defining and implementing the financial strategy through a business partnering approach,
- identify cost optimisation levers and improvements to financial processes, notably through finance transformation projects,
- structure internal controls, improve the quality of financial flows and contribute to the implementation or optimisation of ERP and reporting tools.
A leadership and mentoring role
Beyond client assignments, you play a key role in supervision:
- provide technical guidance to more junior consultants on their assignments
- monitor our consultants in their professional development, career progression and well-being
- work closely with the Partners

Profile sought
- Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or Management.
- At least 5 years of experience in audit and/or financial controlling.
- Excellent command of financial flows, reporting and the related tools
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- High emotional intelligence and adaptability.
- Proven experience in team management and mentoring.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Good knowledge of accounting standards (BE GAAP / IFRS)
- Excellent written and spoken command of French and English. Dutch is a plus.
