At Altesia T&A, you support a portfolio of diverse clients in managing their accounting and tax obligations, while ensuring the supervision and quality of the files.
Our fiduciary firm is evolving with new work paradigms: digitalisation, a paperless approach, the use of modern digital tools, combining efficiency, compliance, and close relationships with our clients in an entrepreneurial spirit.
This diversity of tasks allows you to:
- supervise and review accounting and financial entries,
- analyse and clean up supplier and customer trial balances,
- prepare and review VAT returns,
- supervise the preparation of interim statements and annual closings,
prepare and validate tax returns (corporate income tax, personal income tax) and filings with the National Bank of Belgium, - manage and develop a diverse client portfolio,
- support and advise clients on their accounting and tax matters,
- ensure the quality and compliance of files,
- support and mentor junior accountants in their development.

Profile sought
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or master’s degree in tax law.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a fiduciary firm.
- Strong command of general accounting and taxation.
- Experience in managing and supervising client files.
- Excellent client relationship skills and service mindset.
- Dynamic, proactive, and autonomous person.
- Strong organisational skills, rigour, and ability to structure team work.
- Excellent command of French; English or Dutch is a plus.
