You support teams in managing and structuring their procurement categories, with concrete responsibilities:
- manage one or several direct or indirect procurement categories,
- lead the Source-to-Contract process: needs analysis, supplier sourcing, tenders, negotiation, and contracting,
- prepare and manage RFx (RFP / RFQ) processes and analyze supplier proposals,
- conduct commercial negotiations and ensure contract review,
- collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to define needs and procurement strategies,
- build and develop sustainable supplier relationships,
- monitor supplier performance and identify optimization opportunities,
- contribute to the definition and deployment of procurement strategies,
- work with ERP tools to structure and monitor procurement processes.
Depending on the assignments and your level of experience, you may also take part in optimization or transformation projects within procurement departments, as well as training projects.

Profile sought
- Master’s degree in management, economics, business engineering, or a related field.
- 2 to 7 years of experience in procurement.
- Experience in managing tendering processes and supplier negotiations.
- Good understanding of the Source-to-Contract process.
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, curious, and able to adapt quickly to new environments.
- Good negotiation skills and the ability to work with different stakeholders.
- Very good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of an ERP system (SAP or equivalent) is an asset.
- An entrepreneurial and start-up spirit does not intimidate you, and you want to contribute to the growth of a dynamic company.
- Excellent written and spoken command of French and English. Dutch is a plus.
