A strategic and regulated role
At Altesia, you support organisations in managing their public procurement procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance while optimising procurement performance.
You work with a diverse range of clients and organisations, allowing you to discover different systems, processes, structures and sectors of activity.
This diversity of assignments allows you to:
- analyse the needs of internal teams and define an appropriate procurement strategy,
- prepare and draft specifications and tender documents,
- manage public procurement procedures end-to-end,
- launch and monitor tenders, consultations and award procedures,
- analyse the offers received (cost, quality, lead times) and participate in award committees,
- ensure contract review and monitoring in line with regulations,
- support internal teams in structuring and improving procurement processes,
- oversee contract execution and manage supplier relationships,
- identify spending optimisation levers and contribute to reporting and performance monitoring,
- carry out regulatory monitoring on developments in public procurement.
You combine regulatory expertise, an analytical approach and collaboration with different stakeholders.

Profile sought
- Master’s degree in law, management, economics, procurement or a related field.
- 2 to 7 years of experience in public procurement / regulated purchasing.
- Good knowledge of public procurement legislation.
- Experience in tender drafting and contract management.
- Good knowledge of procurement management tools (ERP or specialised software).
- Analytical skills and rigour in compliance and process control.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage complex procedures.
- Excellent command of French; Dutch and English are assets.
